We begin the story of our Ecological Literacy project , we have planted an African violet. This violet was a little coy, she got sick, we drugged her.It was making a full recovery that this time when one of the boys happen accidentally hit and dropped it. Fortunately, it wasn't broken. He fell sideways, came out of the pot with his soil. We sewed him up again right now, he's fine now, maybe he'll surprise we and open it.

A girl named Emilia was watering flower. The flower begin to grow. It as growing bigger and bigger and became very beautiful. The sun, the soil, water helped her. The flower started to bloom. The kids were happy she was growing up so well. The bee flew and took the pollen to make honey. And the kids came up with the idea to plant another flower.

Disciples stood guard to control the violet. When it was Ayşe's turn, she realized that there was a bird next to the flower. It was as if the bird and the violet were talking. Ayşe overheard. Violet was telling the bird what had happened to her.

The children planted cactus and put it next to the African violet . Cacti were friendly to the African violet - they supported him through these difficult times. Violet was happy and felt better.

The cactus wanted to hug the violet with all its tenderness. But its leaves were damaged. Those who came to it's aid noticed the tiny violet next to the violet. They were surprised.

To make our violet happier, we pruned its diseased leaves. We gave those leaves a chance to live and planted them in another pot. Our violet  was now more beautiful and happier.
