There was a city on the island of Hispaniola named Santo Domingo. There was a boy named Wilbur Wooden Wheel rolling along on a scooter. Except he wasn’t the boy he was the wheel. It gets boring rolling down the same streets every day.

He wanted to go somewhere new to roll in the morning dew; 

To be as free as a bird and go to places unheard. He wanted to gloat about where he’s been and where he was going but for that, he would need a boat. So he darted for the shore. There he was met with horror.

His arch-nemesis was their stairs. Wheels and stairs don’t get along because wheels can’t go upstairs. Wilbur Rolled against the stairs with all his might but couldn’t get over it. Then 

CRASH Wilbur broke the staircase so after that he rolled back home to go to bed

When Wilbur woke up he set off to find something to help him get over this box. Rolling down the wet streets to find anything that would help him. He felt like he was looking for a needle in a haystack. What even could help him?

CRASH! 

"¿Estás bien?" A guy said, "Ay mijo be more careful next time." Wilbur mumbled, "Yeah I'm fine Who are you?" 

"Are you a wheel?" The guy replied with a shaky voice.

"My name is Tom," Tom stated. 

"Yes, I am anyways I need a favor," Wilbur answered.

"Wait you're telling me a wheel wants to see the world because it got bored of rolling down the same area. But can't because you can't get up the stairs to the boat?" Tom asked. 

Wilbur corrected him," I also can't move the steering wheel." 

"I'm in," announced Tom.

They went to the dock to find a boat and sail away to places unknown. 

puh-puh-puh 

The boat ride was bumpy and you could taste the salt in the air. It also started to make him seasick from the rocking back and forth. 

But the thoughts on what he would see and where he would go pushed him through.
