María appears in the villages of Santander, she is a female deity that attracts men. She has big arms and very high feet. She usually flirts with men, during the nights, with sensual looks and very feminine insinuations. 

She likes to chase the drunks and when they run after her, she speeds up towards the village cemetery. The fear of men appears when they go to embrace her, because immediately she spreads infinitely.

One night, Miguel, a man from the village, decided to go for beers with his friends. Everything was going well until he was late to return home, he remembered that his wife was waiting for him along with his son. This young man was very drunk, he could barely stand up. However, he started this way back to his home where he had to go through a forest and a cemetery.

20 minutes after he started walking, he saw a shadow moving from side to side, he thought it was a bird. With great curiosity, he approached and began to speak:

"Who are you?" he asked. 

"I am María, a beautiful woman who wants to spend the night with you" The mysterious shadow replied.

A few seconds later, this woman emerged from the shadow, with dazzling and unique features. That man was surprised to witness so much beauty.  At the time, he just wanted to talk and share time with her.

"I am an incredible woman, this is why if you want me to be your wife you must do what I say," she said with a tone of authority. 

"Of course, I will, I will do everything you say beautiful goddess" He replied excitedly.

Little by little María led him to the cemetery, once they were there, she began to dance sensually and Miguel was staring at her. After dancing, that woman turned her face and began to transform, her arms and legs grew disproportionately. That’s when Miguel reacted to what was happening.

"I will kill you," she said with a chilling laugh. 

"Don’t please, you tricked me. Tell me who you really are, you look very different from normal-sized women," he exclaimed, almost crying.
