I guess, that the book is a story about A boy who sees shooting stars makes a wish on them because he researched these celestial bodies and they are said to bring good luck.

The boy made these celestial bodies very well known and called them good luck stars.

Over time, his wishes from him came true and he invited his friends from him every night to watch the shooting stars and make a wish.
