March 9

Dear Diary, 

      Today I am born! At the South Pole a big, fluffy, white, 

polar bear built me! She put on my hat and she gave me a 

big juicy, carrot for my nose! She invited me to her igloo 

and gave me hot chocolate to drink. Yum! We had a ton of 

fun! We played, tag, make snow angels, chase the 

snowflakes, and, hide and seek! How fun! Today was very 

fun with the polar bear. But wait. Another, big, fluffy, 

white, polar bear came with another snowman! His name 

was Oscar and the polar bears were our parents and me 

and Oscar are now siblings! This is a snow person's dream! 

A family. We had a bunch of fun! Me and Oscar stayed up 

till 12:00! The whole family was tired. Oh and i forgot to 

mention, we have a snow dog named Kiki. Cant wait till the 

next day!

March 10 

Dear Diary, 

     It is now the first day I actually do many things. In the 

morning we ate icicles, fish, and drank hot cocoa. After 

breakfast, me and my brother swam in the icy cold water. It 

was so much fun! We even brought our dog in the pool. She 

hated it. So we took her out and she ran and hid behind the 

shed. Me and Oscar laughed so hard! Ha ha! It was funny! 

When we got out of the water we dried up and went to the 

park and saw our friends. I saw Addison, Hailey, and Kayle! 

My brother saw his friend, Max. Susana joined us and we had 

a good time. Later we all played the same game. More kids, 

more fun! It got dark and we went home. The two of us 

(Oscar and me.) played till it was time for bed. With a yawn 

and our heads on the pillows, we fell asleep. This first day 

was real fun. What a day.

March 11       

Dear Diary,

     I ran fast out of bed and woke up my mom and dad. 

"Mama come look!" I yelled. Oscar woke up and ran down 

stairs. I turned on the tv and put on the news. There is a 

new water park in Frozen Waters! My dad said we should go. 

Mom said "Okay but only for a little bit." Me and Oscar 

jumped up and down! Hurray! We are going to the new 

water park! We are going to the new water park! All of us 

got in our car and drove there. When we got there, I saw 

Julia! My old best friend. (Well we still are.) The two of us 

ran to the water and had a great time. Julia had to go soon 

so i played in the water with my dad, mom, and Oscar. Later 

when our parents went to get some sun burns, we played on 

the water park playground. We had a good and splashy 

time!

March 12  

Dear Diary,

    After that tiring day we had yesterday, we stayed home 

and did fun things outside in our yard. At the beginning, I 

played with my dog. The two of us played tug of war! But, 

Kiki won. Well it was still very fun! Second thing i did was 

help my mom with the icicle gardening. Oh and I took 6 but, 

I only ate 3 because my dad caught me and gave him the 

other 3. But I helped my dad take out the bricks so that we 

can make our dog   a dog house. I helped built it and paint 

it. I got my 3 icicles back because I helped! Hurray! The 

best part was when Kiki went in there, and then quickly ran 

out like a crazy, clown and ran all around the house. Ha ha! 

It was HILARIOUS! We had a cook out when it got darker 

with our friends. It was tiring! But we fell asleep right away.
