"And yet I wish but for the thing I have:
My bounty is as boundless as the sea,
My love as deep; the more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite (Juliet),"
quoted Paapa, as he read to his granddaughter
Hazel.
"Paapa! Paapa! Do Romeo and Juliet get
married? Tell me! Tell me!" Hazel squealed jumping
up and down on her Paapa's lap.
"Yes they do. But let's just keep reading and find
out."
After reading a little bit more, Hazel started to
put her thinking cap on.

"Paapa, I want to get married. And I want to be a
princess and I want my prince to look up at me like
Juliet on her balcony! I want to get married on Juliet's
balcony!" Hazel exclaimed.
"You're only five Hazel. You have a little while before
you get married, but when you do, I will be there and
make sure you can get married on Juliet's balcony. But
for now we can play dress up and you can be Juliet!"
"Yeah! I want to be the princess and you have to be
the prince!"
"Okay. I will be the prince, but just this once."
"Yay!"

Hazel and her Paapa play dress up and Hazel
loves every second of it, laughing and giggling, the
whole time at her Paapa trying to imitate being a
prince.
After they are done playing, Hazel gets in bed
and falls fast asleep dreaming about how she will
be a princess one day. Her future husband and her
will act out the famous balcony scene as if they
were Romeo and Juliet, on their wedding day.

Hazel is now 14, and her Paapa dies of cancer in
which there was nothing that anyone could have
done. She is devastated and doesn't know how she
will live without him, for he was always there for
her and she was her Paapa's girl.

In Memory of a LovingFather, Grandpa,
and brother.
