Once upon a time, a pig named Percy moved away
from his home to live at a new farm.

When Percy arrived at the new farm, he set out to
find some new friends.

As Percy wandered the farm, he came across Charles the chicken strutting
around his coop.
Percy walked up to the chicken and said "hello chicken, would you like to be
my friend?"
The chicken replied "cluck cluck".
Percy did not understand what the chicken had said, so he continued to
wander the farm.

As Percy was wandering around the farm, he came across a cow named Cally grazing along
in the grass. Percy had never met a cow before, but he approached Cally and said "hello
cow, would you like to be my friend?" The cow looked at Percy and replied "Moooooo".
Percy did not understand, so he left the cow alone and continued walking around the
farm.

As he continued around the farm, Percy
came across Oliver the owl sitting high
up in a tree. Percy looked up and said in
a really loud voice "hello owl, would you
like to be my friend?"
The owl looked down and responded
"Whoo whoo".
Percy did not understand, so he
continued on his journey to find a new
friend.

As Percy was walking, he came across a horse in the field. The horse's
name was Henry. Percy approached the fence and said "hello horse,
would you like to be my friend?" The horse then replied "neigh". Just as
with the other animals, Percy did not understand what the horse had
said.

Percy returned to his mud pit and
reflected on his morning. He had
explored the whole farm looking for
a friend. He had met a chicken, an
owl, a cow and a horse but they
couldn't be his friend, none of them
spoke pig!

Percy became very lonely as the day went on. He decided to leave his mud
pit and explore the farm some more. This time, he came across a soccer
ball. He remembered how he used to play soccer with his friends from
the old farm.
