Greece
Greece is located in the south-eastern part
of Europe. It is directly in between the
continents of Europe, Asia, and Africa. The
peninsular mainland is the most popular
and most known geographic feature of
Greece. 80% of Greece consists of beautiful
Mountains. I decided to do my survival
guide on Greece, because in Greece there is
so much history and background story
there, I think it would make a great survival
guide idea. Plus, I'm greek, I have a lot of
family there.

Supplies List
You should have a side pack on at all times to store
things like money, tickets, keys, or anything small
you may to need to carry with you.

You should keep a pair of sunglasses with you at all
times, because it is very sunny in Greece, you
don't want to be blinded by the sun the entire time
you're there.

You should carry a camera with you because
there is so many sights to see, you wouldn't
want to miss out on them! Plus if for some
reason something bad happens to you, you'll
have evidence.

You don't need a life jacket all times, but there are many
islands in Greece some of them you have to travel by
boat to get too. You may want a one in case it crashes.

You should always wear a pear of comfortable
sneakers, because you do a lot of walking in
Greece and you don't want painful feet.

You should carry sunscreen in your side bag, because it's
super sunny in Greece and unless you want a sunburn
and possibly get skin cancer, I'd wear some sunscreen.
Last, but not least you should always have a bottle of
water on you. With it being as sunny as it is there,
and all of the walking you'll be doing, you don't want
to get dehydrated.

People
Greece overall is not a too diverse country. The
majority of the people who live there are greek.
Few are foreigners who moved to Greece from
somewhere else. The others are merely tourists
who come and go.

Greeks beliefs like in the
religion of Greek
Orthodox. Which I am
apart of. There is not
much different between
Christians and Greek
Orthodox. We believe that
God is in comes in 3
different forms: Father,
Son(also known as
Jesus), and the Holy
Spirit. We celebrate
Nativity(also known as
christmas)on January 7th.
Religion

CustomsSince us Greeks are usually very religious people we
are commonly named after different Saints. For
example, I am named Alexie after saint Alexander,
my sister is named Gabriella after the saint
Gabriela. Regularly Greeks do not celebrate
birthdays, but Name Day. In the Greek Orthodox
religion almost everyday is a day to recognize a
saint. If you are born with a name that coincides
with any Saint, the date that which you honor that
saint is then known as your Name Day. For example
mine is, August 30th, my sisters is November 8th.
