Bob was a old man who walks everyday and never talked. People thought he was he was a witch or 

something magical. Bob's use to be friendly and nice, he use to be smiling everyday until his wife died 

from some teenagers got drunk and didn't see her and hit her. They left her in the road for three hours 

and she bleed to death. He went crazy and walked to the woods and he didn't come back for a year. 

The woods went from green and animals walking everywhere to black old moist trees and animals 

dying in front of people houses. People of course blamed it on bob for the animals in their yards.

Every time he goes to town there is always at least one cop car following him to see if he does anything 

to anyone. There has been more and more dogs coming in to town and some of the dogs have 

attacked people and the cops blamed it all on bob and they arrested him. He didn't say nothing or 

fought back he just let them try to take him but the officer was to scared of him and just let him go. 

The old man started walking back to the woods and the officer just stayed standing in shock. Bob just 

kept walking and never looks to see if someone is following him. 

The old man didn't care what was around him he just walked and walked he never, ever looks back. He walks 

miles through the forest and no one knows where he goes to. Bob isn't afraid to die he sorta invites death like 

its a friend, he also isn't afraid of things around him. The old man always wanted to die to end his misery from 

being away form his wife. People around town say that when his wife died that day he died as well.

When bob wants to disappear he goes past the woods and into a cave that he and his wife went when they first 

met. Bob never missed a day he always came to the cave and sat there sad missing his wife, bob never cried 

when his wife died. One drop came off his eyes and slid to his cheek that was the only tear he let out, bob 

wanted to be strong for his wife. "Hope" was his wives name and people saw it everywhere he went but they 

never saw him stop and put it there. 

"Both of y'all get out and don't ever come back" said bob. "This is our place old man so you should be the one 

leaving" said the big kid named John and his friend Lee. "Please leave for your own safety" bob begged and 

begged but they wouldn't listen so the old man got mad not because they wouldn't listen but also because they 

ruined his and his wives cave. "GET OUT!" yelled the old man. 

Then out of no where 

everything went pitch black!!

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!" yelled Lee, someone killed the old man and none of them knew who killed him. The old man's 

eyes were cut out of his head and both kids were to scared to say anything so they both ran out of the cave. 

They both ran as fast as they could to get out of the cave and away form the died body.

"What happened, what did you do?" yelled John. "Me I didn't do nothing, your the one who was yelling at him" 

Lee argued back. "We both can't and never will talk about this okay?" said Lee. "Duh not one soul will know 

about this, not even this location" replied John. They both were trying to figure out happened to the   old man 

and if the other one killed him or not. "We should head home it's getting late" explained John.

John couldn't sleep he closed his eyes and laid in bed for hours, but he finally fell asleep. John's dream was 

blurry for a little while but it started getting clearer and clearer. He first saw the old man and then he noticed 

were the old man was, he wasn't at earth. He was in another planet and then he saw something moving 

around him, some kind of black, tall alien thing and the old man whispered something but he couldn't hear 

was he said. John tried to wake but he couldn't he slept for a whole day, he missed a day of school. 

John finally woke up from his dream, he was so scared when he woke up. His heart was beating fast in his 

chest, he couldn't control it. John woke up late so he missed the bus, he ran to school but the bell rang when 

he was in the steps in front of the school. "Wait!" yelled Lee from behind of John, "I had this messed up dream 

and I woke up late, what are you doing outside?". "Wait did you dream of the old man?" asked John. "Yeah let 

me guess you did too".

"We should go back and check if the body is still there" said Lee. "Come on lets go right now, I'll go get my 

dad's truck" whispered John. John ran home and got his dad's truck, he picked up Lee and the both went to 

the cave where the old man was. They drove fast down the roads, missing cars from left to right almost 

crashing on a bus. But they got through the woods, they even hit a rabbit on the to the cave. Lee yelled 

thinking that they hit someone with the truck. 

They parked inside the cave and both thought about not going but they maned up and went to where the body 

was. They got lost through the cave not knowing they went in a circle three or four times. John took a left and 

remembered that was the path that they went through before. John yelled for Lee to come and follow him 

because Lee was to scared, he stayed in the truck. Lee ran fast to catch up to John, and he told John to hold on 

because he was out of breathe. 

When they went in the cave they realized that the body wasn't there. They both froze when they saw all the 

trash was still there but the body was missing. Lee asked John what they should do John said "The body is not 

here so we should not be here too, lets go!" They both ran to the truck and they drove super fast to get away 

from the cave and out of the forest.
