Moose and Baily

One day, Moose and Baily were eating treats. Moose wanted more treats so she took Baily's! Baily was very sad but did not fight Moose to the death. She did feel that she did not want to stay with Moose any more so she waited for a kid to walk out of GradePower. When Lizzy walked out the door, Baily went quietly behind her.

Baily was free!!! She could do anything with no Moose. No one to bully her or boss her around, but most of all, no one to take her treats! Baily started to walk. She passed the Fairview Lanes Bowling Alley, and an ice cream store. But Baily started to feel sad and alone.

Meanwhile, Moose started to feel sad that Baily left her all alone, so she started to look for her. Moose came to a bush and saw Baily's collar in it!

"Baily is lost, alone and has no collar!" thought Moose. Moose felt bad for bullying Baily. She had to find her!

Moose went into an alley and looked in the public trash can hoping to find Baily there. It smelled bad but Moose liked it. She saw a hot dog and wanted to eat it, but then she thought about Baily and took the yummy 

hot dog to go.

She started to look in people's backyards, and then Moose saw a shed and looked inside it. "Baily might be here" thought Moose. So she went in deeper into the shed.

Moose saw webs and it got darker. Then, a big spider jumped onto Moose's head. "Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" said Moose.

Moose started to run but she heard something. "Wait! I am Lucy the Spider and I am here to help" said Lucy. "Why are you in my shed?" I am looking for my sister," replied Moose. "Have you seen her?"

"Well" said Lucy, "I saw a dog like you but she had floppy ears

and she was covered in fur. 

She went down that road."

"That's her!" said Moose. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!","

Moose ran away and left the shed. Moose wanted to eat the hot dog so she grabbed it but it was not there! "Oh no!" said Moose. "She must have left it at the shed." Moose wanted to get it but she went too far.

Moose needed to eat something. She had not eaten in two hours! As Moose was hunting for food, Baily was being taken by the dog warden!!!

The dastardly warden had taken Baily away in a claustrophobic cage! Moose started to run after the truck because she caught a glimpse of Baily in there. "Oh no," Moose said. "My sister is being taken!"

Suddenly out of nowhere, Lucy jumped on to Moose's back and said, "Get me up to the front of the truck!" Moose did what she was told and ran to the front of the truck. Then Lucy jumped on to the driver's head and he fell out screaming!

"Sorry," said Lucy. After that, Moose took the wheel, but she crashed the truck. Moose ran to the back of the truck to help Baily out and say "sorry" to her. 

"I'm sorry, Baily. I should not have taken your treats."

"It's OK," said Baily. "I still love you."

Then a random hot dog cart crashed into the truck and buried the two puppies in yummy hot dogs, and they ate happily ever after.
