I am sorry but I cannot stay
Is it true thatSamanas cannot have woman
with them?

Siddhartha was beginning a new life in a new town. He had
just entered the town when he was tempted by a woman.
Siddhartha however listened to his inner voice and resisted
the temptation. Siddhartha then continued wondering until
he came across a big city. Just outside the big city was a
beautiful girl. Siddhartha found out that her name was
Kamala and she lived on the grove . Siddhartha made
himself a goal to familiarize himself with the city, and that
very night he slept by the river. The next morning he bathed
himself in the river and asked the barbers assistant to shave
his hair. Now that he was all neat he waited outside of the
grove and greeted the beautiful Kamala.

How beautiful you are
You need to where beautiful clothes before you can speak to me

Siddhartha came to admire the beauty of Kamala
and also asked Kamala if She could be his teacher.
Kamala laughed at him and told him how everyone
that came to her was rich. Siddhartha explained to
her that he had gone through much more difficult
tasks then earning money. And told her that he
should be afraid of him because Siddhartha could
just carry her off. Kamala told him that love could
only be earned but not stolen. Kamala then asked
him if Siddhartha could actually do anything.
Siddhartha replied with a poem that gained him a
kiss. Kamala was pleased and when she learned
that Siddhartha could read and write she sent him
to the merchant kamaswami.

"I can think,fast, and wait"
"And what use are these things?"
Siddhartha then went to see the merchant called
Kamaswami. He told Kamaswami that he could
read and write and he really impressed
Kamaswami with his honesty. Siddhartha explained
how he could think, wait, and fast but kawasami
only valued Siddhartha's ability to read and write.
Because he felt that Siddhartha other skills were
not useful. So Kawasami let Siddhartha liveed in his
house where everything was provide for him. And
Learned what it was to be a tradesman.

Siddhartha however, still visited Kamala everyday.
Kamala taught Siddartha about the art of love. And
he learned the physical part of love as well.
With Kawasami, Siddhartha started taking part of
the buisness dealings. Siddhartha did not take the
buisness seriously however. Siddartha treated the
buisness like a game. He even went to a village
once and when he found out that the field had
already been bought. He spent a lot of money in the
village. Kawasami scolded him for this. For
Kawasami was only focused on wealth and did not
see that what Kawasami did was morally good.
Kawasami woried a lot over the business, when
Siddhartha did not pay much attention to it.
