About the author:

Areej Tayem is a dedicated researcher and scholar with a passion for advancing social justice in education. She has completed a Master's degree in Applied  Linguistics and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education.

In writing this children's book, Areej draws on her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of education to create a resource that is accessible, engaging, and informative. Her goal is to provide parents and teachers with a resource they can use to introduce children to the concept of diversity and inclusion in an authentic way.

Through her work, Areej hopes to inspire a new generation of educators and parents who are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas of life.
