There once was a 17-year-old British boy called John who had an epiphany. John was a teen who liked tennis and music and had a happy and funny disposition. One day, he was sitting on the couch in the living room, eating some citrus fruits when he felt so tired that he fainted. Lately, he had been struggling to get some restful sleep and so he would spend the nights counting sheep. To pass the time, he would use his mobile phone, but he was becoming more and more irritable due to the lack of sleep. Consequently, he had lost friends because of his bad mood.
John knew he had to limit his time using the mobile phone and that instead he needed to spend time with his friends in face to face interaction. He also needed to do more sports and read books before going to bed in order to fight his addiction to technologies. He decided it was time to change and stop procrastinating, he had to act now!

The beginning was not easy,John took refuge in the music because he likes it a lot. Social media is very problematic with John, he wants to change but he cannot stop entering instagram with stereotypes, snapchap with photos with a lot of filters, google with dangerous people. Jhon is in love, and at his age it is a problem. This is why he is not going to go be alone, his mum, which is the one that supports him the most.

John started focusing on a way to control his emotions and to get away from all the negative people he found on social media. His mum started helping him become more confident and to be a better version of himself. She started teaching him how to find his own path without any external influences. With her love and support, he slowly got better and learned to love himself. He started to see that it is okay to be different and that his own opinion mattered. He took control of his life and was determined to make the best out of it. He started looking forward to the future and was excited to see what awaits him.
"It's not going to be easy," his mum said.
"I know," John replied, "but I'm ready to take on the challenge."
His mum smiled and said, "I know you are. You have the strength and courage to make it through. I'm proud of you."
John smiled and hugged his mum tightly. He was determined to.

John goes with his mom to sign him up for football practice because his mom thinks that football is a good way for him to socialize with other people of his age. He wants to be a goalkeeper like his father . The first week of training he was feeling very good and happy because now he has friends. The day of the football match he was on the bench in the first half. In the second half he came on and made an incredible performance. He saved the game winner and went out to celebrate it with friends.

After the game, John's friends came up to him and congratulated him on his amazing save. "That was incredible, John! You saved the game!" said his friend Tom.
John smiled and replied, - Thanks, I couldn't have done it without my teammates. You guys played really well too.
- I can't believe you were on the bench in the first half. You should be starting every game, said his friend Sarah.
John shrugged and said, "I don't mind being on the bench. It's all part of the game. Plus, I got to learn some new techniques from the coach while I was watching."
His mom approached him and gave him a big hug. "I'm so proud of you, John! You played amazingly well. And look, you've made so many new friends!"
John beamed with happiness and replied, "Thanks, mom. I'm so glad you convinced me to join the team. This is exactly what I needed."
