Osvaldo is a special dragon who doesn't like throwing fireballs. He goes to a school where they teach dragons to make fireballs, but he prefers parties. One day, he decides to visit some children and they become friends. They play music together and have a wonderful day. Osvaldo tells his mom about his adventure and the next day, he asks his teacher to have a party at school. The dragons have fun with fire and music.
