MENEMEN
1. Put the oil in the pan.

3.Add the chopped green chillies and cook some
more.
4.Now add the diced tomatoes and cook.
5.When the tomatoes are cooked, add the
beaten eggs and salt and mix.
6.Now the menemen is cooked, we can eat it.

Polish meatballs (Anna Szkarłat)
First you soak the bread. Chop onions and fry them until translucent. Get all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it gently. Form oval patties and flatten them down. Cover the patties with the breadcrumbs. Heat up some oil in the frying pan and add the meatballs. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. You may check one, cut it and see if they require additional time.

SU BÖREĞİ
Ingredients
6 pieces of eggs
1 tea cup water

Civil cheese

After adding the water to the eggs, we mix.
When mixed, we knead a tight dough by adding flour and salt.
We make some large meringues from this dough from eggs, it turns out to 12 meringues.
We cover the meringues with a slightly damp cheesecloth and let them rest for half an hour.
Finely chop the parsley and mix with cheese.
We melt the butter.
Opening the meringues, we first soak them in hot water and then in cold water.

1 cup of crushed walnuts

1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
1. Add 3 cups of flour, egg, salt and water to a bowl and knead.
2. When it's doughy, cover it and let it rest.
3. Greate the onion and add it to the minced meat. Knead when adding spices.
4. Divide the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
5. Cut the dough into squares and put the minced meat in then and close the dough.
6. Add water to the pot and cook the ravioli for 20 minutes.
7. Ravioli ready to serve. Bon appetit.

Put the bulgur in the pot. Bring to a boil by adding 4, 5 cups of water and salt.
After the bulgur is cooked, add flour to it while it is hot, mix well and let cool.
Then knead it and give it the shape you want.
Boil the butter in a separate bowl until scalded and prepare the sauce.
Prepare the garlic yogurt as well.
Bring the shaped bulgur to a boil by adding water and salt to a large saucepan.
Remove the boiled meatballs and place them on a serving plate. Drizzle the garlic yogurt and the scalded hot butter over it. Finally, serve by adding the sauce.

Turkish lentil soup is a very tasty soup.It is light and fresh and it's easy to make
First,put the butter in a pan and melt it.Add diced onion and carrot into the pan and cook vegetables are soft

Erzurum tel kadayıfın şerbet şeklinde sarılıp arasına bol ceviz konularak yapılır. Bol cevize bulanıp yumurtaya bulanır sonra kızartılır ve şerbetle buluşur. Şerbet yapılırken şeker, su ve birkaç damla limon suyu kullanılır./It is made by wrapping the Erzurum wire kadayif in the form of sherbet and putting plenty of walnuts between it. It is covered with plenty of walnuts and eggs, then fried and met with sherbet. Sugar, water and a few drops of lemon juice are used while making sherbet.
