"Giant Tornado"

A village in the forest is hit by a big storm, damaging buildings and causing worry. John, an engineer, builds a bunker to protect everyone. Lazy police officer Mr. Jake fails to help during another storm. Many people seek shelter in the bunker, but others die. Afterward, John fixes the village and he and Mary go on a summer holiday.
