13 year old Emmett was walking to school today but 

this time it was different. When he was walking down 

the street he saw two boys both bigger then him. It 

looked like they were waiting for Emmett. "Here he 

comes," Whispered one of the boys with a grin. 

Emmett walked faster. "Hey," asked one of the boys, 

"Rick, do you think he sees us?" Emmett started to 

run. "What get him!" One boy yelled. They ran after 

Emmett then, they caught up. "You think you can get 

away?" One of the boys said. "I'll get him first Rick" 

said the boy who had not mentioned his name. Both 

boys circled around him. Rick tried to punch Emmett 

but he grabbed Ricks arm and kicked Ricks face.His 

nose was bleeding and he fell to the ground. 

"BRUCE, KILL HIM!" he grabbed Emmett's 

neck and lifted him in the air. He said "Looks 

like your going to Hell kid."

Bruce threw Emmett down and the last thing 

he saw was a boy with red hair, looked about 

14 years old, and had freckles on his face 

walking to him. But his arm glowed blue. 

Emmett woke up with Rick and Bruce on the ground. 

The red haired boy was sitting on a bench next to 

them. Emmett tried to get up but his back hurt to 

much. "Dammit!" Emmett whispered, "My back 

hurts!" "Well it looks like you woke up Emmett," The 

red head said. Emmett gasped, "Ho- How do you 

know my name?" "I know much about you Emmett, 

you have no parents-" "You son of a-" "Calm down, 

Emmett!" The kid shouted. "Why where they hunting 

me?" Emmett questioned. "Well, they work for the  

D.U.P" "What the hell is that!" Emmett asked. "The 

D.U.P hunts down conduits such as me and you." 

"Wait like those guys that have those powers? Red      

and Blue?" The Red haired boy laughed, "Yes 

and Yes. And by the way my name is Eli." The 

the kid said. 

"Oh that's good to know. So Eli why did you 

save me?" Emmett asked.

"Your a conduit I'm a conduit we are stronger 

together." Eli explained.

"How do you know that i'm a conduit?" "You 

really forgot didn't you. A few years ago you 

discovered four amazing powers that you could 

control. You have red which is a more 

aggressive type of conduit me, how ever, am a      

blue conduit which is less aggressive." Eli 

explained. Emmett stood up and look down at 

Bruce and Rick. He saw holes in both boys. And 

said, "Well looks like your more aggressive then I 

am." Eli stared down. "Well, I guess I am more 

aggressive. But only in desperate circumstance's 

such as a friend in danger." "Well, how do I use 

my powers exactly?" Emmett asked. "I will teach 

you come on Emmett," Eli waved his hand to a 

corner shop that was abandoned, "Now hurry up, 

we don't want any more D.U.P is coming.  

They got to the abandoned shop. Now Eli said. 

Let's get started. Eli's arm glowed blue. He 

shot at a wall and said you have to absorb 

elements like neon concrete electricity or 

video. OK
