 Whales are the most largest, loudest, and heaviest creature yet found on Earth! We humans have not found out a lot about these whales. So, read this book and find out how whales are living in this world.

Did you know? The size of a blue whale is actually 98ft! A whale can also weigh up to 15 school busses! A whale eats tiny creatures called krill. You might wonder that how can tiny creatures fit the stomach of a huge mammal!! Well, they eat up to 40 million krill each day!!

    Calves and lifecycles

Calves are baby whales. They always stay with their mothers. Did you know? A baby whale drinks up to a bathtub of milk each day! A mother killer whale is first pregnant for about 15 to 17 months. Soon the calf will be born

 The teeth will start to come when the calf is about 3 to 4 months old. The calf will also learn to hunt at the age of 4 months after the teeth come. Soon, if it is a female she will reproduce when she is about 6 to 10 years old. That is a lifecycle of a killer whale (can also be called orcas).
