OUTLINE

Beginning

Characters: Jackie

Lola

Elizabeth

Marley

Setting: Conaville - a little town with cottages and a one-room schoolhouse

Middle

Problem: The girls want to have a softball team, but the mayor says no while the boys have a baseball team

Solution: The girls decide to have a sit-down protest

Climax: The mayor's wife, Jaqueline, helps him see why it's wrong to prevent the girls from having a softball team

The mayor initially disagrees but when his wife threatens to divorce him, he starts to reconsider

Challenge: The mayor threatens to kick the girls out of the town

Response to Challenge: The girls confidently tell the mayor that he can't move them out

Conclusion: The mayor remains firm in his decision and gets kicked out by his wife, who becomes the new mayor

The new mayor, Jaqueline, allows the girls to have a softball team and they get a new field, softballs, bats, and balls

Additional Details: The mayor (Jaqueline) marries someone else

End

Meanwhile, A group of girls  led by girls named Elizabeth, Lola, Jackie, and Marley have decided to research softball teams because they want to play they find out the best league's records aren't that good the deadline to enter is coming up they want to but have to ask the mayor they asked last year and it didn't go so well so they Worked up the courage to go to the mayor's house.

Mr. Mayor we demand a softball team

NO!!!

We are determined girls so we will fight until it is right.

Totally. It's almost dinner time go eat

Nah. We're good thanks for the offer though.

See you tomorrow morning Mr. Mayor. I wonder how people will think when we aren't at our Graduation?
