Ronaldinho is a former professional footballer that played as a midfielder and wingman. Ronaldinho was famous for his incredible playing style and was one of the best scorers in almost every season.“He’s an idol for many of them and they have asked for him to sign hats, shirts and trainers.”


Ronaldinho used to do all his sprints, drills, playing, and training, but he never ran when it came to running. Also, Ronaldinho was known for consistently working out in the gym and hanging out with certain players. There were many things like that, but weight training is undoubtedly one thing Ronaldinho has comitted to, and until now, he still does weigt training. That’s one of the reasons why you se him with such a great body shape. Ronaldinho still doesn’t run as far as the running, but he gets the cardio done with playing fotball.

Weight Training
We will do a five-day weight training routine when you get done from the morning soccer practice. It will be a standard bodybuilding routine to get your body proportion and shape. However, if you want to increase your power, you can add resistance while doing weight training and do every exercise with more explosive motions.
Ronaldinho Diet Plan
Now, Ronaldinho follows a balanced diet and eats most of the time healthily. However, he doesn’t follow a rigorous diet. Sadly, I couldn’t get hod of his curent diet, but I did sesome posts where he was eating grilled chicken, avocado, rice, etc.
As we will be doing a lot of cardio and buning many calories, we need to eat a good amount of calories with healthy meals. So, I can make a diet that will work for you and help you get a body like Ronaldinho.
