Ian is chosen to go on a mission to rescue Chelsea, who has landed on a planet called Destination 13. He is joined by a team of unique individuals and his cat, Tullie, who seems to have special abilities. They prepare for launch, but Tullie unexpectedly sneaks onto the rocket. Despite their attempts to remove her, they decide to let her stay. The countdown begins and the rocket takes off into space.
