Artifacts:

I chose two artifacts. The 

first one, shown here, is 

a baby doll chair that my 

dad built me for 

Christmas in 1983. We 

did not have much 

money but mom and dad 

always made occasions 

very special.

he second artifact 

I chose is a 

deacons bench 

my dad built me 

in 1993, this was 

one of my 

wedding gifts. The 

one I prize and 

treasure most.

My daddy, Daniel R. 

Keel Sr. is the one who 

gave/built these 

treasured artifacts for 

me. He was a man of 

many talents and 

woodworking was one of 

those talents. 

They are artifacts because my dad, 

who is no longer with us, built them 

for me. They are two of the numerous 

items he built for me and they are of 

utmost importance to me and I will 

cherish them and his memory forever!
