President Barry Johnson is a short man with
dark hair and mustache. He has an undeniable
authority with him, but this also makes him
look very strict. His forehead is wrinkled from
skeptical thinking.
The president is a type A person. He is hard-
driving, impatient, and aggressive, but he was
elected president for a reason. He gets things
done. And that as soon as possible. His
determination and engagement make him
loved by the people, but that love comes with
a lot of expectations.

One day in the Oval Office, President Johnson
experiences an even more stressful day than
usual. Meeting with congress, three
conferences, a phone call from China, terror
threats in NYC, escalation of the conflict in
Syria, planning a reform of education, and his
wife wants him home for dinner. All of the
situations are approach-avoidance since they
can have both pleasurable and disagreeable
outcomes.

President Barry Johnson is now experiencing
an overload of stress. His muscles tense, his
heart is beating fast, and his breathing is
intense. He wanders back and forth in the Oval
Office while small drops of sweat is dripping
from his forehead. For the first time in his life
he is experiencing doubt. Is he really the right
man for the job? Exhaustion comes over him
and he has to sit down in his chair. Then he
remembers one thing: he is a fighter!

After the president realizes this, he remembers
his dominance. He starts controlling his breath
slowly. In and out. After a few minutes of this,
he puts his mind into getting everything done,
and he trusts his gut decisions. One by one he
knocks them out, mainly by having focus and
belief in himself. There is no better man for the
job! He orders his staff around with a firm iron
hand, and is able to enjoy a dinner meal with
his wife in the end of the day.

President Barry Johnson will always remember
this incident as the time stress almost got to
him. Sure, it can be a motivator, but it is never
going to almost defeat him again. He does
remember that he is only human, but first of
all the president. He took on the most difficult
job in the world, so stress is something that he
should be able to handle. This also helps him
remember to focus on one task at a time. Over
all he is glad he had the experience, it sparked
a new fire in him.
