ARES
This is one of the dogs from the animal shelter. His name is Ares. He is one year old. The owners who abandoned the Ares stole him from his mother when he was three months old
and abandoned him on the street when he was four months old. Then he was attacked by a large pit bull the day he was abandoned. Although he was not harmed in this pitbull attack, he was traumatized by this attack and when he came to the shelter, he was afraid of all the dogs for a while, but later he got used to it.
After this pitbull attack, he immediately ran away and encountered an old man. The man gave him food and took care of him for a while, but his wife did not allow him to be at home, so they could only take care of him for 2 weeks and left him at the shelter.
The staff at the shelter had a hard time training the angel because he was very scared, but with the love he received from the staff, he overcame his fear and stopped being afraid of other dogs.
And he's still in the shelter.

LEO
The name of this dog living on the streets was Leo. He was wandering the streets of the city with his dirty and worn-out feathers, weakened due to hunger.

One rainy day, he was found by a volunteer. Leo's eyes had the look of a hero struggling to survive.
The volunteer decided to take Leo and find him a warm home. However, this journey would not be easy. The traces of the hard days he spent on the streets left deep wounds inside Leo.
Slowly, the volunteer tried to recognize the dog. Leo, on the other hand, was insecure and uneasy at first.
During their days together, she tried to calm Leo's fears with willing patience and love.
Leo gradually lost his distrust of people. The moments they spent together began to make him forget his difficult past on the streets.
One day, the goodhearted woman died and he was taken to the shelter. There, Leo met other dogs and slowly started looking for a new family.
In the end, one family chose Leo. They offered him a safe and loving home after the difficult days. At this turning point in his life, Leo was leaving his past behind and stepping into a new beginning.

MIRNAV
Hello, my name is Mırnav, Let me tell you a little about myself; I am a three-colored stray cat who sleeps a lot.
I am a street cat. The street is my home.
I have many friends on the street. I'm on the street in summer and winter. But it also has some bad aspects. For example, there are good people and there are bad people. Once someone gave me food and I was happy. While I was eating the food, a dog friend of mine warned me, his nose had a very good smell and told me that this food was poisonous and the person who gave it to me was a bad person. So I learned that there are bad people too.

Hello, I'm Labrador. I live in Merzifon, or rather in an animal shelter. Do you want to hear my story?
I 'm starting...

MY STORY
Zeynep T.
İrfanlı Anatolian High School, Amasya/Türkiye
When I was only 5 months old, they separated me from my mother and gave me to a family. I didn't realize then that they took me as their child's toy. Yes, they were taking care of me, playing with me, feeding me. But they needed to know that I had a nature of my own.
I found myself on the street when I was only 1 year old. They found someone else to replace me. Of course, since I lived at home without being aware of the outside for 6 months, I forgot about street life. I was hungry and thirsty for days. Life had now turned into torture for me. Then a vehicle arrived. It looked like a pickup truck. The men came out and forcibly took me to this animal shelter...
At first I thought this place was better than the street. There were wires around me and these wires protected me from others. My food and water were delivered to me without me having to do anything. But then I realized that we were like prisoners here, the only difference was that we did not commit any crime. Days, weeks, months, even years passed. Sometimes people would come and take one of us and leave. I would do unnecessary antics to get them to take me too. But then I realized that no one wanted me.
The other animals here say we will get out of here one day, they are all hopeful. Especially the one next to me... Sometimes I get angry with him. He opened the door once and went out. I wanted to go out like him. That's when I realized we were doomed here. What would happen if someone rescued us from here? What if we could taste the taste of freedom once again? What if we could live the way we wanted?
I ask myself this question every day; "What are the others doing outside when we can barely see the sky through the walls? What is my mother doing right now?"
I want to tell you something. I've never shared this with anyone here before. But I have to tell someone. I don't want to live here anymore. Because I don't belong here. At least I want to live in nature and die peacefully in its arms...
I would like to tell you about my life and my feelings in more detail... But we will go out for 10 minutes soon. I should take this chance to at least get some fresh air...
Maybe see you later. Don't forget me okay? And of course, don't forget those like me...
SUNNY

In a sunny day in a magical garden, I, a little cat, was taking a cozy nap. Suddenly, a group of friendly young people came over to say hello. I got a bit scared at first and quickly walked away, thinking they might want to play a funny game.

But, oh, how surprised and happy I was! The
kind people didn't want to play a game;
instead, they put yummy cat food in a special
corner. I realized they were my new friends,
here to share a tasty meal with me!
Excited and grateful, I ran back to them, giving
gentle rubs and purrs to say thank you. We all
had a splendid time together, and I even called
my cat friends over. We gathered around the
bowls of delicious cat food, munching happily
and feeling so loved.
From that day on, whenever we saw those kind
young people, we knew they were our special
friends, always ready to share a tasty treat and
make our days full of joy. And so, in our magical
garden, every day became a new adventure
filled with friendship and delightful surprises.
The end!
