It was a Sunday morning I was in bed when I 

heard a ring. I got up and went to the phone 

and answered. “Hello” “Hi, it is Cassy, I just 

wan-” “No! I am not doing it, good bye.” I 

slammed the phone. I sighed and plopped on 

the bed and fell asleep. “ring ring, ring ring” I 

answered the phone once more. “Hi it is Doctor 

Roberts, I was wondering if you wanted to 

come Europe with me to explore the land for a 

project I am doing.” “Ok” I said and put down 

the phone. I had to do something crazy, 

something I have not done in a while. 

    “Whir whir” The jet had landed. It took 

forever but we finally made it. I got out of the jet 

and stepped into the cold snow. “Cold, huh?” “ya” 

I said, I stepped forward making a new print in 

the soft   sparkling snow. The snow felt like it was 

a soft blanket calling for me, but I wouldn’t dare, 

it was too cold. The jet flew off into the sunset 

like the sun was pulling the jet, pulling it down 

with it.   We were setting up our tents and making 

a nice warm fire. “Crackle crackle” went the fire, 

but then a loud siren went off. Doctor Robert 

rushed to the machine and her face went 

straight. “Oh no” there is a snow storm coming 

up ahead!”

There was a sudden panic in me, something I did not 

know I could feel. I stared at the snow for about 30 

sec. then looked at doctor Roberts, “what are we 

going to do” I said in a panic voice “I don’t know” 

“Can’t you just call the jet back” “no” “why No” 

“because we don’t have our phones so we can’t call 

them, but they will be back in a weak.” Suddenly I felt 

a very cold breeze and snow as thick as a blanket 

came down hard doubling the lair that was already 

there. “let’s get inside the tents” she said, but then 

the tents flew away faster than a cheetah and took the 

equipment to.

We walked days and nights searching for a 

shelter to keep warm in. the temperatures were 

bad I almost freeze to death. In the time, we saw 

a gray wolf peeking behind trees like it was 

fallowing us the whole time. Along the way we 

saw some amazing animals in groups keeping 

warm and living there normal life, but to us it 

was unique. An animal that was one that we saw 

was a moose. Finally after looking forever we 

found a cave that looked okay to stay in for the 

rest of the time.
