So what is a Park naturalist you may ask? A park naturalist is like a park ranger they watch over the park and act as a tour guide and they talk about park features/the history of the park.

Things they do is prepare and present illustrated lectures, plan and organize park events, answer questions, needs, complaints, survey the park, plan programs, and construct historical and scientific  nature visitor center displays. 

What type of education and training is needed?

You need a bachelor's degree in either forestry, biology, or wildlife. One way they can get some practice before schooling is by volunteering or working at their local park so they can get used to the atmosphere of the job.

you need to have the ability to speak to others because you often get asked questions by people. You need to have active listening because you need to listen to people's complaints or problems and ask good questions. You need to be able to write for coworkers and customers. And  you need to be able to publicly speak because you present things about the park and you get asked questions about them. You also need to be able to work with children.
