Hello my friends. I 'm going to explore the beauty of Polish cities and architecture. I will present  you the biggest and the most popular cities in Poland. Firstly we will visit the capital city - Warszawa. Enjoy! 

Warsaw is notable among Europe’s capital cities not for its size, its age, or its beauty but for its indestructibility. It is a phoenix that has risen repeatedly from the ashes of war.

Warsaw lies on the Vistula River , about 240 miles (386 km) southeast of the Baltic coast city of Gdańsk . It is situated in the middle of the Warsaw Plain.  Divided into right- and left-bank portions by the river, the city extends about 18 miles from north to south and 16 miles from east to west. The river is some 3,900 feet (1,190 metres) .

Wrocław is  located by the Odra River. It is well known for having over 400 dwarfs scattered throughout the city, which have become a popular tourist attraction. The city also has beautiful architecture. In the heart of the city is a charming market square, while is one of the largest in Europe. 

Kraków lies  in the southern part of Poland, on the Vistula River, in a valley at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. With a population of 779,966 (as of 2021), it is the second-most populous city in Poland.  It is also one of the oldest cities in Poland with some parts dating back to the 7th-century.

Tatra Mountains, highest range of the Central Carpathians. The mountains rise steeply from a high plateau and extend for approximately 40 miles (64 km) along the Slovakian-Polish frontier, varying in width from 9 to 15 miles (14 to 24 km).

Ełk is located in the Ełk Lake District, which is part of the Masurian Lake District. The city is located on Lake Ełckie, Lake Sunowo and the Ełk River, a tributary of the Biebrza. Additionally, there are two small lakes within the city: Selmęt Mały and Szyba. The city is located in the center of the Green Lungs of Poland.
