Can and Sera are two siblings who are not at all similar to each other and have different characters. Can is 12 years old and Sera is 8 years old. Sera loves spending time in nature, playing with animals, reading books, painting and doing fun activities with her friends. Can prefers to spend most of his time playing online games on the computer that was a birthday gift from his grandfather. Sera also likes to do things on the computer, but she spends less time on it.

Because Can spent time on the computer for a long time, his eye health deteriorated and he had to wear the glasses the doctor gave him. In addition, his success in classes was decreasing day by day. Sera was very successful in her classes. He even became the valedictorian of the school.

Can understood that something was wrong. His grandfather was also very upset about this situation. When he bought the computer, he thought it would help children with their lessons. This is how Sera used the computer. The computer was a tool for him. At the same time, he was also conducting research on the courses. He was also playing games on the computer. He played a digital game that turned on a stopwatch for half an hour every day. When the time expired, the computer shut down.

Can was quick to understand what caused his failure and withdrawal from life so much. He was spending more time than necessary on the computer his grandfather bought him. The fact that they discovered new games with their friends and constantly encouraged each other to play computer games caused this situation to increase. He shared the issue with his grandfather, but at the same time, he did not want to give up playing computer games. He and his grandfather started looking for a solution.

One day, while his grandfather and Can were looking at his grandfather's family album, he saw an entertaining photo of his grandfather playing a game with his brother. Being very curious, Can asked his grandfather the name of this game and how it was played. His grandfather said that this game was a traditional 'mangala game' and that it was very fun. They called his sister Sera and took out the mangala game from her grandfather's special chest. Both of their eyes sparkled.

One day, his father taught Can the game 'Burning Ball'. They are played with two people and try to catch the ball by throwing it at each other. Can and his father threw the ball at each other for hours in the garden. Can was sweaty under the sun, but he was very happy.
The next day, they played 'Hide and Seek' with the neighbor children. Can felt his heart beat fast as he hid among the trees. As the other children searched for him, Can quietly held his breath. Finally, a boy found him and they all laughed together.

Their friends came to sara and Can's house to play dodgeball. As soon as Sera saw her friends from the window, she ran out. Can was on the computer as usual. At first, he didn't want to play in the garden.
Then he remembered that he had a
lot of fun playing in the garden with his friends, so he turned off his computer and went out to the garden.

The next day, Can and his friends tried the “Seven Tiles” game. The two groups faced each other with an equal number of players. Everyone supported each other. Can jumped on the tiles with the children and enjoyed the fun.
Weeks passed and Can learned traditional games such as "Çelik Çomak", "Hopscotch", "Körebe" and many more. Each game opened the door to new friendships and beautiful memories.

Can started to reduce the time he spent on the computer day by day. He was convinced that it was not right to spend all the time in front of the computer.
It was good for him to spend time with his friends and games. He felt happier.
AYŞE ÖRDEK- ATATÜRK PRİMARY SCHOOL TARSUS/MERSİN
Can used up his energy by playing fun games with his friends. He was spending more productive time with Sera. In the evenings, he would make his final checks for school and fall asleep after reading a book. Can could not find time to use the computer during the day. Can's family was very happy about this. He now goes to school. He was leaving with a better sleep.

Then Can remembered his friends who still sit by their computers all day, wasting their time, playing games in front of the screen, instead of spending it with the friends outside. He wanted to help them, too. So, he called them. First they all refused to spend time outside, but Can was persistent and managed to persuade them to try, at least.
The next day, there were a lot of children outside playing different games. ''It's sooo fun!!!'' they said.

Can realized it wasn't just his friends he'd helped today. Next day all friends went to the park. As he watched the park come alive, a sense of purpose bloomed within him. Perhaps, he thought, this was just the beginning. Perhaps, together, they could create a world where the sound of children's laughter filled the air, not just on weekends, but every day.
Evagelia Angelaki - 14th Primary School of Lamia
Can's transformation from a solitary gamer to an active participant in outdoor games brought a newfound joy to his life. He no longer felt the strain of constantly staring at a screen, and his relationship with Sera blossomed as they bonded over traditional games and shared experiences. Their once quiet neighborhood now echoed with laughter and cheers as more children joined in the fun.
Eftycia Sorkou - 16th Experimental Primary School of Lamia
Can realized the positive impact of physical play on his well-being and wanted to share this with others. With determination, he encouraged his friends to step outside their comfort zones, and soon, the park became a vibrant hub of laughter and camaraderie every day. Can's journey taught him the value of balance and the power of community, transforming not just his life but also the lives of those around him.
