Once upon on an epic, Boseus and Dyason
were hunting in the forests of Crete. Our
heroes were favored by the gods, Boseus, son
of Poseidon and Dyason, son of Hephaestus.
Dyason was gifted in metal- working, a trait
from his father. Dyason crafted for his friend
Boseus, a sword of Celestial Bronze. Poseidon
blessed the sword with the power to summon
great storms, therefore Boseus named it
Hurricane. Dyason crafted for himself a bow of
great mechanical ingenuity. It fired heat-
seeking arrows and its quiver was blessed by
Artemis with infinite arrows.

As the heroes were hunting for dinner,
Poseidon appeared to the demigods in a
chariot drawn by snow-white horses. “I am
here to bring you to Olympus. I have a quest
for you,” said Poseidon as he gave his horses
some water. Boseus and Dyason rode with
Poseidon to Olympus to receive the quest.

Poseidon brought our heroes to the throne room to meet the other
gods that would assist them. Artemis, Hestia, and Hephaestus rose
to greet them. “I will now explain the quest,” said Poseidon. “My
brother Hades has created a bear, the Styxian Bear. It turns any
water into Styx water, therefore I can’t control it. I want you to slay
it.” “As you wih Lord Poseidon,” said Dyason. “We have gifts to aid
you,” said Hestia, “My gift is this eternal torch. It will never stop
burning unless you tell it to.” “I decided to give you my trusty
hunting dog Alpha,” said Artemis, “He has been with me since my
birth, take care of him. He is very protective of heroes and will fight
to the death to protect you." Hephaestus boomed, “My gift to you is
this GPS to will locate the Bear. It will only work after you meet
Hades.” “Now my gift, this orb of magic water,” said Poseidon, “It
can summon enough water to fill a small sea.” “Thank you gods and
goddesses. We will use your gifts to the greatest efficiency possible,”
The heroes replied. “Let us go friend, we are losing time,” Said
Boseus as the adventurers climbed onto their pegasi backs and they
flew towards the island of Westfaxus; where the Chimera lived, a
monster that was part lion, part snake, and part goat. There our
heroes would find their first clue of the Styxian Bear’s whereabouts.

Boseus and Dyason landed on the island and immediately
began their search for the Bear. They came up empty- handed
expect for one footprint. “This must be a bear print,” said
Dyason, “We must be getting closer.” Suddenly, the roar of
the Chimera could be heard by the heroes. Alpha, the first
one to recover from shock, barked back in protest, warning
the Chimera to stay away. With haste, the heroes tried to
escape Westfaxus, but the Chimera had other ideas. He
jumped in front of the heroes and prevented them from
escape. Dyason, distracting the monster, allowed Boseus to
sneak up, unnoticed, and kill the monster. The monster, in its
last effort, shot fire at the heroes. Boseus used his fast
reflexes and predicted the monsters move, he grabbed the
magic water orb and used his power over water to control it.
Boseus blasted a column of water at the fire and saved
Dyason and Alpha. The heroes got on their pegasi and flew off
towards Underworld.

Once they arrived they arrived at the Underworld, Boseus, Dyason, and Alpha
walked right down to Hades’ palace. “By the order of Poseidon, I demand you to
withdraw the Styxian Bear and banish him to Tartarus!” Boseus shouted at
Hades. “Hahaha! Puny mortals, you think I would take orders from you or your
Olympian father! Cerberus! Take care of the son of my salty brother. Hydra!
Finish the son of the forge!” Appearing almost out of thin air, the monsters
came at the heroes. Boseus quickly took the water orb and the GPS and Dyason
took the torch and Alpha. Dyason began shooting arrows at Hydra while Alpha
bit it. Dyason shot Hydra’s heads but they keep regenerating. What would he
do? Boseus wasn't having much luck either. He was trying to slice Cerberus’
heads off but the dog was too fast. Boseus blasted the demon with water and
swiped at Cerberus with his sword. Boseus stabbed the dog’s heart and
Cerberus was defeated! Dyason was running out of ideas to defeat Hydra.
Finally he devised a solution, by remembering Heracles, Dyason knew he must
burn the stumps of the Hydra’s head to kill them. “I need to aim for the heads,
then go up and burn the edges of the neck.” Dyason shot at the heads of the
Hydra, then ran up using the infinite torch and prevented the heads from
reforming. The last head, the only immortal one, started spiting everything
imaginable at the heroes; including fire, poison, demon koalas, and giraffes
riding unicorns. Dyason sent Alpha to force Hydra into the Pit, Tartarus. Alpha
bit and barked to make Hydra fall into the Pit. Hydra in desperation to stay in
the palace, bit the edge of the Pit, but the ground was obsidian gravel. Hydra fell
into the Pit and never bothered anyone else again.

“Hades, your best monsters failed to kill us, give me the
location of the Styxian Bear now or we will destroy you
like we killed your beasts!” demanded Boseus. “All right,
you’ve won. I will summon the Bear here,” announced
Hades. Boseus and Dyason were relieved their
dangerous quest was complete, or so they thought. With
a gust of wind, Hades was gone and there was no sign of
the Styxian Bear. The GPS buzzed in Boseus’ pocket, he
looked at it and its compass told our heroes to go north.
“It’s in the Artic!” shouted Dyason. Boseus and Dyason
didn’t have their pegasi anymore, therefore they did the
only logical thing; they stole Charon’s boat. “Hey,”
Charon yelled, “that’s MY boat!” “Now it’s mine!” Boseus
responded. The heroes sailed up the River Styx until
they reached the mortal world. They sailed for 40 days
until they arrived in the Arctic.
