Social networks have become an inevitable part of our lives, a reality that, as much as it facilitates our communication, helps us stay in touch with friends, family, share information, often helps in running a business, so sometimes it seems dangerous, with opportunities for causing unintended consequences. That is why the question is being asked more and more about how much, in addition to the positive effects, social networks influence people, especially young people who are mostly users, to a certain extent, and addicts of social networks.
The question is of course how much young people are aware of the influence of the content of social networks on their mental health, considering that sometimes we get the impression that we live in parallel worlds - one is the real one, and the other is on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok …
