There once was a busy fish, Robert the fish. He went to school at the school of fish and loved to play with
his friends! He had lots of things to do!

Lately, Robert has felt stressed about all the things he has to do. He had school, he had to clean his home
and make sure he ate healthy.

Robert also wanted to spend time with his friends, read his book and do other things he enjoys like playing with his
sea shells, and dressing up like a pirate! ARRGGGGG

He doesn't know what to do with all the things going on in his life!

His best friend Tim, saw that Robert lost interest in playing pirates and reading books because of the
stress and decides to talk to his friend about it.


"Are you ok man? You aren't being yourself."

After Tim talked to Robert, they decided to make aschedule to keep all of his tasks in order. Hopefully this
will keep him and his friends up to date and on time!

They also decide to do homework with each other to help Robert manage time with school work, and talk to
Tim. Tim helps Robert with Fish math, and Robert
helps Tim with Fish Grammar.

Robert makes sure he will talk to his friend more oftenwhen things are bothering him, or he feels stressed
about all the things that he has to do in his busy life.
When they talk Tim also help with household chores,
like washing dishes.

Now Robert and Tim play with all the other fish after school, make schedules to keep on time, do homework
together and talk to each other on a regular basis to
work out small problems.

Robert can also read books and dress up like a Pirate to have fun. He has minimal stress and has over come
the overwhelming feeling of high stress!
