"Oh Randy," said the fair and beautiful mermaid
princess Celia. "You have no idea how much I long
for the beautiful cities of humans, and the fabulous
cloths made by their hands."
"Well why don't we ask your father to permit you
access to the shores," replied her childhood friend.
"Don't you dare call that man...fish...king my
father he's a foul and cruel individual with no right
for his place on the throne."
"Well Celia it can't hurt to ask."
And so the two visited the king, Tomo.

"Father, I wish to visit the land of humans," said
Celia as she swam into her fathers seaweed garden.
"What brought this upon," questioned the king as
he turned to face his daughter. "You know the human
land is dangerous, and I don't know why you can't
understand that!"
"But father, I'm eighteen now, you can't keep me
here for..."
"ENOUGH, I have had enough of this foolishness, I
am the king of the seas and my rule is final, Celia I
forbid you from leaving the

"Why won't you listen, just because you are king
doesn't give you the right to be cruel and mean, why
can't you be a nice and gentle ruler like my mother
once was!" yelled Celia, now very very angry.
"Do not bring up your mother, she was a petty
Queen and even worse mother, to have raised such a
child!"
"How can you say such things, I thought you loved
her!" And with that she swam off to find Randy, and
leaving her father, who was already planning her end.

"Oh, why must he be so mean to me and all the other
creatures of the sea," cried Celia as she sat on her favorite
cliff.
"Well princess, why don't we go and visit the shore while
your father is busy?" hissed Randy as he waded towards
the cliff.
"Why yes that sounds like a wonderful idea Randy, you
know I don't say this a lot but I don't know what I'd do
without you."
"Well Celia, I feel just the same, now, lets go to the
beach!"
And off they swam to the golden cove of the mermaids,
in search of the answer to their problems.

The Golden Cove of the Mermaids is a
beautiful place where no humans can go
because of a magical spell of illusion placed
on it by Celia's mother so her daughter
would have a place to swim and play. For
the longest time Celia felt as if this was the
only thing her mom had left her, but she'd
soon find that, in a way, her mom had
predicted this very time in Celia's life.

"OK, so what can we do that will stop that evil king
from being so mean," said Randy as he slithered onto
the sandy beach.
Celia had already climbed further up shore and sat
under the shade of a large and beautiful palm tree, in
fact one her mother had planted.
"Oh I curse this useless tail, the only things it's
good for is swimming, but walking, the only place I
can go is under this tree."
"Princess focus, if we're ever going to find a way to
get you to dry land we need to focus!"
And so the two plotted a way to overthrow the king.

While the princess and Randy were planning, the kings
barons were visiting Little Ms. Puffer.
"Well lady, are you gonna give us the goods?" This evil fish
was Sam the shark, and the other thieves with him were Ollie
the Octopus, and Carrie the Crab.
"Yeah oldie, where's the goods," mocked Ollie and Carrie.
"Ohhhhh, I don't have any, sonny, all I have is the
donations for the little urchins..."
"Well that will be just fine, and remember Puffer, we want
the same tomorrow, or else you'll be sleepin' with the Tuna!"
"Yeah sleepin' with the Tuna!"
"Oh what will I do!" yelled Ms. Puffer but little did she
know help would be on the way soon.

While Celia and Randy were planning, they hardly
noticed the many fish that gathered on the shore.
"Oh my goodness, when did you all arrive, oh no it's my
fathers subjects, now were done for!" yelled Celia.
"Oh, no princess, we also want your father off the
throne, don't worry we're ready to help," said Baron Van
Dolphin "For we've seen your the kings evil, why just a
while ago I saw his hired thugs stealing from Little Ms.
Puffer."
"No not the Urchins!"
"Yup"
"We must stop his horrible crimes" and with that
Celia told them of how to stop the king and his royal
guard.
