On a summer day, there was a 17-year-old boy named Barry. Barry's birthday was coming on the next day, and he was excited. He lived in an apartment with his parents. Although recently, Barry's parents have seemed angry and not happy with him, and in the past, he always played with random objects around the house to make himself happy.

STOP!
Barry didn't have any friends in high school because of his strange behavior, so he ate, worked, and sat alone. He didn't care as much as he used to in the past. When he got a question wrong in class, people laughed at him, which made him sad. On the same day, his teacher, Mrs. Johnson, realized that Barry was not keeping up with his grades. She let him know that she wanted to talk to him and his parents.

After school, Barry and his parents walked to Mrs. Johnson's classroom to discuss the potential danger of Barry's grades. "Barry has not been doing well in class and he is being lazy," said Mrs. Johnson. "Is it possible for him to pass the class with a month of school left?" asked Barry's mother. "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do as it will be wrong to give Barry the chance, as it will be unfair to the other students," Mrs. Johnson replied.

When the family came back home, Barry's parents decided to kick out Barry and make him learn from his mistakes. "Once you learn how to be kind and considerate, then we will allow you to come back to this house," said Barry's father.

Thinking about what to do to change as a person, Barry walks around the city and finds an odd man on the side of an alleyway. "Excuse me, who are you?" asked Barry. "I am Farid, a Hindu getting ready to practice Raja Yoga," the man replied. "Is it possible for me to follow this "Raja Yoga" you are talking about?" requested Barry. Farid agrees to help Barry to train and master Raja Yoga.

And so, the journey of Barry has finally begun. In Raja Yoga, 8 steps must be done to reach happiness and create a bigger understanding of someone (Jain). With Farid, Barry practiced all parts of the Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. After learning all steps, Barry says, "I feel, grown as a new person." "This is what Raja Yoga does. Do you feel it?" asked Farid. "Yes, yes I feel different," said Barry.

After thanking Farid, Barry felt like he wasn't done with his journey and thinks there is more to find. Barry is hungry and wants some pizza, his most favorite food in the world. After ordering a slice of cheese pizza, Barry sees a man that looked important and asked him, "Hello, my name is Barry, may I ask why you are wearing those clothes?" "Hello, my name is Pax. I wear these clothes because I am a bhikku," said the man. A bhikku is a buddhist who leaves their daily life and they are known for practicing Buddha's teachings to their life ("Bhikku").

Barry is interested in learning the teachings of Buddha and asks Pax to help him. Pax taught Barry the Eightfold Path, which contains eight different elements that help let go of our pain and become intelligent ("What is").
