Once upon a time, there was a boy named Bo. Bo
was a blue person. He lived with blue people on the
edge of the forest.

The blue people lived under a
blue king. There were not many
problems, the king was all
knowing. It was the king’s
nature to rule.

Far on the other side of the forest, there was a
girl named Nai.
Nai was a green person. She lived with green
people.
The green people chose the green leader. The
green people often questioned the green
leader. According to the green people, this was
only natural.

The blue people often had ceremonies
to honor their god Quasimoto. The
blue storytellers told of the first six
days.
These were the days when Quasimoto
created the world. Bo liked these
ceremonies very much.

On their tenth birthdays, it was customary that
boys of the blue village go out into the forest
and find a blue flower. As Bo went deep in the
forest, he found himself lost. That same day,
Nai was in the forest looking at the natural
world. She loved to frolic in the flowers. Nai
especially liked the rare blue flowers.

Bo was very scared. After walking for a very
long time in the direction that looked the most
blue he came across a girl holding a blue
flower. That girl was Nai. Bo explained to her
that he had to find a blue flower to honor
Quasimoto. Nai was confused. She had never
heard of Quasimoto.

“Our world wasn’t created, it evolved” she
explained.

And then Nai told Bo of a man named Darles
Charwin. Darles Charwin used science to
determine that all animals and plants were
related to one common thing, yet had naturally
changed over time.

Nai also told of the Giant Explosion Theory.
According to Nai the world had been formed
many many years ago as a very small piece of
a very small thing which constantly continues
to expand.

Bo was stunned. Surely in the blue
village such crazy ideas would defy the
Servant Decree, which declared only the
story of Quasimoto be taught in schools.
Bo argued Nai over the green beliefs. Bo
always made sure to respect these
beliefs.
