Joy is a very positive and very beautiful emotion for human beings. Perhaps, the most beautiful next to the emotion of Love.
It can arise when you get something you really want, for example, “when they finally gave me my bunny pet.”
You can also experience this excitement when you do something you love, like doing a fun activity outside of school, with your teacher and classmates, without being told beforehand. “In my case, I feel super happy when I skate and dance with my friends.”
Of course, you will also be very happy if you are surrounded by the people youlove, “l fell really happy when I am with my family and friends.”
This is a super important emotion since it helps us forget about other things that make us sad. It also makes us relate much better to the people around us every day: my classmates, my friends, my family, etc. Being next to a friend who is happy makes me happy too!
And, didn't you know that, when we feel happier, we are more creative? In this way, we will be able to solve complicated situations in our daily lives much better!
To be more cheerful and happy every day, we recommend doing physical exercise and playing with friends whenever you can.
Also, remember that a good diet will make you more positive and happier.

Happiness is a very nice,pleasant and of course positive emotion.When we feel happy we feel like laughing,jumping and smiling.Sometimes our eyes are sparkling ,we feel a warmth in our body and we want to hug everyone.It is a lovely emotion to share with others.
Happiness is the result of many things in our lives and when we are happy our friends understand it and feel the same. For example,we feel happy when we win a contest, when we do something we love and then
time stops.
When we get good grades we feel happy, as well because it is something we achieved with hard work.Most people feel happy when they
are with the people they love.It also helps us create pleasant memories to bring back when we feel sad.
It is really important to look for and keep happiness in our lives. We can do that if we understand what we really value in life so we do things to make us feel happy.
For example if a pet makes you happy, ask your parents to get one.If you feel happy when
you play a sport, keep doing it. Your happiness will last even more.
