Acknowledgment
I am extremely grateful for the people that God has placed in my life. And it would not have been possible without their outpouring of love, support, nurturing, wisdom, and guidance. I could have not undertaken this journey without my Spiritual Family on my side and to enjoy my new life.
To my Mentors and Spiritual Leaders who stood by me through it all. I am so thankful to have Geraldine Massey, Altheresa Goode Howard, Eddie Howard, Catina Duncan, Timothy Duncan, Patience Montgomery, Jamesila Williams, Keevi Worthy, Detasha Howard, Ashley Frazier, Regenna Bufford, Regina White, Janice Lake, Chiquita Mungo, Walls, Tandra Jowers, Marlene Mackey,, Queserie Peay, and Renita Dixon who have pushed me into this new transformation of Sherrie Berrie.

All About Me
Hello, my name is Sherrie Mera Hall. I would like to be called Sherrie Berrie. And I was born with cerebral palsy. It affects my left side, mainly my arm. My left arm is shorter than my right arm. And I walk with a limp. The type of cerebral palsy the doctor says I have is hemiplegia, but it is mild. This disease doesn't define who I am or what I can do. In 2019, I went back to college and started pursuing a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and in 2023, I received my degree. In February 2019, I went back to work, and now I'm the director of Alpha & Omega CDC 2. Now I'm working on my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership. I also love to work with children and teach, doing lots of crafts.
In the Bible, transformation can refer to a shift from living an ungodly life to one that satisfies God. One way to achieve this is through mental renewal, which is a spiritual transformation on the inside that manifests in acts on the outside. According to Romans 12:2, transformation is defined as "change or renewal from a life that no longer conforms to the ways of the world to one that pleases God." Our brains must be renewed in order to achieve this; this is an internal spiritual revolution that will show itself in our behaviors.
The Holy Spirit will awaken the power of God's word in us as we consume it and reflect on it, changing both our internal and external thoughts and behaviors. For this reason, Jesus instructs us in Matthew 7:24 to be both hearers and doers of the word, as it is the Holy Spirit who gives us transformation.
Transformation
With his ability to delve deeply into our being and start changing us into better people, Jesus has extended his forgiveness to us for our past. Our spirits are renewed, and our hearts are made pure by Jesus. When the Holy Spirit leads us and pours out God's love into our hearts while we study the Scriptures, we gain the correct viewpoint. The Bible contains all of God, and when we read it, we can't help but be transformed into His likeness. An internal shift occurred in the disciples when they witnessed Jesus in all of His splendor atop the mountain.

People in the Bible that God transformed
After rising to the challenge of facing Goliath, David rose to become king, while Zachaeus, a tax collector, turned to Jesus and confessed his transgressions. Jonah: Acquired bravery following God's intervention via a gigantic fish. Paul: On the Damascus Road, he encountered the resurrected Christ and converted to Christianity. Moses: A former criminal who turned into a powerful leader. After the Lord talked to Abraham, he changed from being an idol to obeying God's will. Jacob saw an angelic representation of God in a dream that had a "stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven."

When someone is transformed by God, it signifies that their core identity or nature has changed. When we accept Christ, we go through a heart makeover. We are remade, according to 2 Corinthians 5:17

The body is referred to in the Bible as the Holy Spirit's temple, and thus emphasizes the need of physical health. A healthy body, according to some, needs a diet rich in nutrients, frequent exercise, and adequate sleep. Bible study and prayer on a regular basis are said to improve the mind and spirit and promote mental wellness. Furthermore, the Bible discusses maintaining spiritual health by centering life around Jesus Christ and nourishing oneself on the "spiritual diet" of prayer, God's Word, and community with other Christians.

A Healthy Way of Living
1Corinthians 6:19-20 says, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." (Holy Bible, New International Version, NIV, 2011)
Worship is what it is. It is an act of worship, a way for us to give thanks to God for life, and a recognition of the Holy Spirit living within of us. God has given us a temple, which we take care of by eating a balanced diet, exercising frequently, getting enough sleep, and abstaining from bad habits. Respecting His creation and sacrifice is what we are doing.

The triggers for me about food
The negative individuals in my life are those who are stressed, grieving, depressed, anxious, bored, or struggling with mental health concerns. Some foods that I was consuming daily
