Based on a true story....

How would you feel when your crush found out that you like him? So awkward right? Especially when you're stuck in the same class the whole year. That's exactly what happened to me. Read on!

It all started off really great. I was going to pass grade 8 easily, just thinking unaware of what is going to happen in just the first three months. My best friend from year 7 was there too. On the first day, we git to sit wherever we wanted to and me and my friend sat in the second last row. I was looking through our class's window into the corridor to see who were in my class this year. Then I found that none of my other friends were there.

I didn't care because I had my close friend right by my side. Then bla bla bla, three months had passed away and we had written two exams already. Amazing right? I scored amazing marks and my parents were so much happy. Other than that I had made a new friend. He was so sweet to me and he had also gifted me two things (because we became that close!). I was unaware of my feelings.

But I hate to admit that u started to have a crush on him. The only problem was that he was not visualing that appealing compared to the others, plus he used to talk a bit bad about girls the year before. But I didn't care because he was sweet and caring to me. This was noticed by a friend of mine. She was a good friend to me until she did something really really really really really bad.

So basically one Friday, it seems that she (the friend who was gonna do a bad thing) was absent. During a free hour, me and my crush (the person I mentioned to you earlier) were talking normally. And then he told me a boy's name and asked whether this was my friend's (who backstabber me later) crush. I behaved like a good friend unlike her and told him I can't tell him. But then a girl sitting next to me said that is her crush's name.

On Monday, when she came, she found what happened on Friday. But the problem was that she thought I was the one who told him! The girl who actually said it, lied to her that I told him! So bad. So to take revenge me, she went and told my friend  (my crush) that i have a crush on him! He was shocked after he heard it. Then he went and told his three close best friends about this. So to put it in simple words, it's going to be awkward whenever we have eye contact.

Plus his friends started to tease me so so so so much. Then we would have many coincidences, so many that my friends used to tell me that we were destined for each other. For example my roll number was 14 and his was 4, at an important exam we wre made to sit together by the teacher, every single PE fitness we had to be standing near, we got paired up for so many projects. Crazy. Now because of that backstabbing friend, our friendship was ruined. Or was it?
