My family consists of my mom Breanne (37), my dad Darius (39), my little brother Duncan(9), and my dog Harper(5). My mom is a 7th-grade teacher, and my dad is an assistant principal. We live in Ridgeview Farms, which is a neighborhood. My parents and I started in Jasper, Texas.

What's a family?

A family can be blood or adopted. They can make you feel safe and loved, but sometimes family doesn't do that. They may have created you, or they raised you. Family is always there for you in the thick and thin, and they are like a forever friend.

I am in a nuclear family because my mom and dad are happily married. I also have a little brother named Duncan.

                        Although, I also have extended family!

My family is in the school-age children stage. At that stage, the oldest is 8-12 years old, which I am.

One of our family functions is love and affection. We always love and support each other, no matter what.

My family also uses protection, we have fire alarms, locks, and cameras. You also feel safe when you are around them

We also practice religious education, as we are Christian and go to Compass church.

My family has done procreation because I'm here and so is my brother.

Our family is huge on education! Both of my parents are teachers, and my brother and I go to public school.

My family provides economic support to me and my brother, paying for our wants and needs.

My family and I have had to do a lot of adapting in our lives. From a death in the family to adding to the family.

My family does a lot of recreational activities!

Including:

Swimming, camping, fishing, sports, etc.

My family has taught me good socilaizing skils, like good manners. They let me do my own socializing at school, introduce myself to other people by myself, and allow me to go to public places on my own.
