Once upon a time, there was a little bunny who lived on Knowledge farm. Hop, the bunny, was known for his fluffy tail and his cute whiskers, but most of all, he was the most intelligent bunny on the farm. 

Hop knows everyone on the farm, from the owners to the workers, neighbors, and frequent berry pickers. But one bright morning, Hop saw a girl he did not recognize. 

KNOWLEDGE FARM

He bounced right up to her and said, "Hi! My name is Hop! What brings you to Knowledge Farm?"

"Wow a talking bunny! Why hello," said the girl. "My name is Cindy! I love to learn about the earth's environment and all the animals. I was told you were the most intelligent bunny on the farm!"

"Really? How does that work?"

Hop twitched his nose excitedly and exclaimed, "You've come to the right place! I can show you how energy from the sun helps me and all the animals on the farm!"

"Follow me!" Hop called, bounding ahead. They made their way to the garden with fresh grown vegetables and fruits full of vibrant colors. 

"See those carrots over there?" Hop pointed with his paw. "They use sunlight to grow. They take in sunlight, water, and air to make food through a special process called photosynthesis. This food is energy!"

Cindy knelt down, pulling one of the carrots out of the ground. "So these carrots and the other vegetables use sunlight to grow and create energy?"

"Exactly!" Hop exclaimed.  "When I eat the carrots from the garden, I get that energy too! It helps me run fast, jump high, and stay warm during chilly nights."
