Once upon a time, there was a tiny water droplet named Drippy. Drippy lived in a big blue lake, sparkling under the sun. Drippy loved drifting around, feeling the gentle waves, and watching fish swim.

But one sunny day, something magical happened—Drippy felt himself getting warmer and lighter until… POOF! He turned into water vapor and floated up into the sky!

Drippy was amazed! He had turned into an invisible gas, joining millions of other water droplets, all floating up together. Up, up, up he went, and the higher he climbed, the cooler he felt. 

Soon, he saw other droplets nearby, and together, they began to huddle. They formed a big, fluffy cloud! Drippy loved his new cloud friends, and they played all day in the sky.

After a while, Drippy noticed the cloud was getting heavy, and suddenly… SPLASH! Drippy and his friends turned into raindrops and fell from the clouds! Down he went, tumbling through the sky until he landed right on top of a mountain.

From there, Drippy trickled down the mountain with rainwater streams, flowing into rivers that led him back to the big blue lake where he started. He felt a little dizzy from his big adventure but happy to be home.

Drippy learned that he was part of a cycle—the water cycle! He knew he’d have many more adventures, traveling up to the sky, forming clouds, and falling back down as rain or snow, again and again, bringing water to lakes, rivers, plants, and people all over the world. Drippy’s journey never really ended, and he loved that every cycle brought something new!
