This book contains fictional stories that are not intended to offend anyone. I wrote the storyline of this book because I was remembered of my friend who loves music but he is not very serious about studying at school, so he often gets scolded by our teacher. I added the issue of bullying as a conflict in this story to highlight how dangerous bullying itself is. I hope there is no more bullying in this world, and I hope that the bullies can change and realize that their actions are wrong.

Once upon a time, there was a village called “Smart Deer Village”. This village was inhabited by a herd of deer who were very intelligent in creating and developing science. Through science, they always strived to advance their village by creating great and useful inventions. Their intelligence was recognized by other animals in this forest.
However, in the midst of these inventive deer, there was a deer named Jeans who was not interested in science at all. He preferred the arts, especially music. He really liked to sing. Every day he hummed while doing his daily activities. He also liked to create simple musical instruments using makeshift materials.
On the other hand, there was a trio of deer named Gyu, Moa, and Shio. They were smart deer who always succeeded in creating new innovations, but they had a bad attitude. They were arrogant because they felt the greatest and superior. They often bullied other deer whose abilities are below them. Jeans also often got bullied because of his different interests. Even so, Jeans wasn't intimidated by them.

One day, the leader of the herd held a contest to find a new leader. He felt that he was old, and it was time to rest. The deer were challenged to make an amazing invention. Whoever made the greatest tool would be the next leader. They were given 30 days to make their invention.
The young deer who were there, especially the trio, felt challenged and competed to win the contest. They put all their thoughts and energy into making extraordinary invention. They began to conduct research and trials on their respective findings.
Jeans did not want to be left behind; he would show that music was not only for his happiness, but music can also be used to express emotions, feelings, and also reduce our stress.
It's Okay to be
Different

On a sunny morning, the day of the contest arrived. All the villagers enthusiastically gathered in the main field. There were several deers, including Jeans, who were ready to show off their work.
The first deer, Gyu, made an alarm of predator. This tool can be used to signal to the herd if they see a predator, so they can immediately run away, hide, or even protect each other.
The second deer, Moa, made a food detector. This tool can be used to detect where the food source was located. With this tool they can also exchange information with each other if someone found food so that they can work together to bring the food to the village.
The third deer, Shio, made a food grinding machine. This tool can be used by deer mothers to grind food for their babies.
All the villagers cheered these inventions.

After that, it was time for Jeans to show off his work. He showed off a flute.
"This is a flute. Listen to this and enjoy. It can help us to reduce our stress for a while," said Jeans.
Jeans started playing it. In the middle of the beautiful flute, the leader approached Jeans. Jeans stopped playing the flute.
“I know, Jeans, you really love music. But we all know that the purpose of this contest is to find the new leader by showing off their ability in creating new innovations for our village. As you can see, your tool can only be used for fun, while the previous ones have very clear benefits. So, instead of playing it here, you can keep this tool for yourself,”
said the leader.

Jeans felt sad, but he tried to defend himself.
“But sir, this is not just a tool. This flute is a work of art; music is also an art. with this we can express many things; we can share happiness, empathize with each other, and also—”
“And also what, stupid? Don't you understand what the leader said? You shouldn't play your stupid tool here.” Gyu said.
“You spent 30 days just to make a flute? Ha-ha-ha-ha!” said Moa.
Shio suddenly snatched the flute from Jeans's hand,
“You really like music, don't you? Well, I'll show you what music is.”
Shio suddenly broke Jeans's flute.
Jeans shouted, “NOOOOOO!!!”
Jeans' heart was deeply hurt. He couldn't hold back his tears anymore. He cried in the contest hall. The atmosphere became chaotic.
“Cry Jeans! Your crying is music to our ears, ha-ha-ha."
The trio laughed out loud as Jeans cried.

Jeans couldn't hold himself back anymore. He decided to leave the contest hall. Even when Jeans left, the insults from the trio didn't stop.
“Ugh, you crybaby.”
“You're a loser Jeans.”
“Go away, your place is not here.”
“Go far, Jeans; don't come back, we don't need you.”
“Ha-ha-ha-ha”
Jeans felt very sad; he left the hall and ran as fast as he could out of the village. He cried all the way; his heart was in great pain. He kept running and running, until he found a lake and stopped there. He approached the lake and saw his reflection on the surface of the water. He started questioning himself, “Am I a losers?”, “Am I that bad?”, “Should I not follow my interest?”, He started crying again.
