Frequency of Music/ Frequenz der Musik

There are 6 countries, 10 teachers and  64 pupils in the project.

In this project,we tried to explore the power of learning languages through singing songs in different languages.Music is more than just notes; it's a tool that carries the soul and culture of a language.The aim of this project is to not only enhance students' language skills but also to enable them to explore and understand other cultures.

In this book we disseminated the stories that are written by the groups of students. They used the new vocab they have learned in the songs which they sang for the project.Some of them also wrote the stories of the songs, their ideas about the songs.

When I heard the song, I felt excited. Because the song 'We Are The World' made me feel free and happy. With the melody of  the song I started to dance and sing along with the singer. The birds outside even sang with us. Because we are all together sharing the same world.

We Are the World – A Special Song

Many years ago, there was a big problem in Africa. People were hungry and had no food. Many children were sick.In 1985, two famous singers, Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, wrote a song. They asked many famous singers to help. Singers like Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, and Bruce Springsteen sang the song together. They all sang in one room. It was a very special day.The song says:"We are the world, we are the children. We are the ones who make a brighter day, so let's start giving."

This means: we can help each other. We can make the world better.

The song was very popular. People bought the song, and the money helped people in Africa.Today, people still listen to this song. It is a song about love, hope, and helping others.

One day, the itsy bitsy spider wanted to be a superhero.

He said, “I will climb this water spout and fly!”

He started to climb.
Up, up, up he went…
But suddenly—splash! The rain came down!

The spider fell and landed in a flower pot.

He looked up and said,
“Okay… maybe I need an umbrella first!”

"We Are the World" is a song about unity, compassion, and the power of coming together to help those in need. Written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie in 1985, it was recorded by a group of famous artists as a charity single to raise money for famine relief in Africa. The lyrics emphasize that we are all part of a global family and have a responsibility to help each other. The song’s message is one of hope, reminding listeners that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in changing the world for the better.

"We Are The World" – A Song That Echoes Through Time

Some songs are simply melodies; others are movements. “We Are The World” is one of those rare anthems that transcends music, becoming a universal cry for unity, empathy, and hope. Sung through the time by some of the most legendary artists in the music industry, such as Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Tina Turner and so many others, to convey one message: that “We Are The World”, as the title says.

The lyrics remind us that we all share this world and that helping each other is not just a choice but a responsibility. 

The song makes me think about how, at some point, we all have a responsibility to care for each other and to remember that there are people out there, having difficult times, who need a hand to hold.

Listening to this song today, I realize that its power has never faded. It reminds us that

change starts with us. Not with grand gestures, but with the willingness to reach out, to lift

others up, and to believe in a future where no one is left behind.

«Auf der Mauer, auf der Lauer sitzt ‘ne kleine Wanze»

Es ist ein bekanntes und beliebtes Kinderlied mit humorvollem Charakter. Es handelt von einer kleinen Wanze, die auf einer Mauer sitzt und lauert. Das Lied ist lustig, denn in jeder Strophe wird ein Buchstabe in bestimmten Wörtern weggelassen. Wir haben es auf Deutsch und Englisch gesungen. Das Lied verbindet Rhythmus, Humor und Mitmachspaß. Dabei haben wir aber auch neue Wörter auf Deutsch und Englisch gelernt.

Sean is a singer and he plays the guitar. In his concerts there is a group of dance.

One day, Juliette, a dancer, arrived to the group and she fell in love with him then she chose to play an instrument to be near her love.

Six months later, Sean and Juliette were married and it was the greatest gift of all for Juliette.

Now, Juliette's live has made a change because they have started a group of music and they have a lot of success.

the spider Lola watched the house from the corner, Suddenly it heard a noise. The spider climbed up the water spout to the roof because over there they were its friends. Lola was the most scared by the noise.

They stood together because they saw some naughty children throwing stones to the roof.

They ended up dancing La Macarena on the roof.

Lena was 11 years old and loved both music and learning English. One day at school, her teacher played the song Itsy Bitsy Spider to help the class learn new words. Lena sang along and laughed as she learned words like “spider,” “rain,” and “sun.” The fun melody made the words easy to remember. Soon, Lena and her friends were singing the song every day, even making up their own silly versions in English and their own language. Through music, learning a new language felt like a game, and Lena realized songs could help her understand and speak English better.
