Ingredients:

. 1 cucumber

. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
. salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. Peel the cucumber then cut it into small pieces

2. Mix yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, dill or mint and garlic in a salad bowl. Then add the cucumber pieces.

2. Mix so that the cucumber is well soaked in the yogurt.

3. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour
before serving. Serve as a sauce for dipping vegetable sticks,
to spread on toast, bread or even to present in glasses.

. 350g of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

. 2 cloves of garlic or garlic powder

. 2 teaspoons of dill or mint if you like

Ingredients:
. 1 untreated orange

or orange juice (60g)

. 400g flour

. 1 sachet of baking powder

. 80g butter

. 80g of sugar

. 75mL of milk

. 2 eggs

. 1 egg yolk to brown

Preparation:

1. Soften butter.
2. Add the sugar, and the zest of the orange or orange juice,
the flour and milk, then the eggs.
3. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
4. oll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 40cm long.
5. Cut 1 cm strips. Fold each strip in half and twist to form a twist.
6. Dilute the egg yolk in 1 tablespoon of water, brown the twists with a brush.

7. Cook for about 20 minutes at 180°C
