Phillippe achète unevoiture qui est longue
et grosse. Madeleine
achète une voiture qui
est courte et large.Philip buys a long and tall car. Madeleine
buys a car that is short and wide.

Ils se proment en voiture dansla ville. Les deux on un problème
avec leurs nouvelle voitures.They drive the cars in the city. The two have a
problem with their new cars.

Philippe est si petit qu'il ne voit pas bien quand il conduit salongue et étroite voiture. Quant à Madeleine, elle est si haute
que sa tête touche le plafond de sa voiture basse et large. Les
deux chiens se croisent dans la ville et Madeleine klaxonne
bruyamment.Phillip is so small that he can't see when he drives his
narrow car. Madeleine was to tall for her low and wide car.
When the two pass each other in the city Madeleine honks
her horn.

Ils s'arretent pour parler. Madeleine dit, "Quand as-tu acheté tanouvelle voiture?" Philippe repond, "Je l'ai achetée aujourd'hui.
Et toi? Quand as-tu acheté la tienne?" Elle dit, "J'ai a acheté la
voiture aujourd'hui, mais je ne l'aime pas." Lui non plus n'aime
pas sa voiture.They stopped to talk. Madeleine said, "When did you buy your
new car?" Philippe responded, "I bought it today". And you? Did
you just buy yours? She said, "I bought mine today, but I do not
like it."Phillip doesn't like his car.
