Lenny was so upset that Phil did 

not stick up for him, he ran away.

Phil knew Lenny had to be found  

no matter how long it took.

After all Lenny was Phil's one 

true friend.

Phil searched up and down and all 

around, through hot and cold, and 

wet and dry.

Phil searched and searched, and 

eventually wandered into the evil 

forest, that was the home of the 

big, scary, ferocious, troll.

Phil was very scared, but he was 

so tired he took a break in a 

house he found. 

As Phil entered the house, the 

big, scary, ferocious, troll exited 

the house.

He was angry and he demanded 

who Phil was and what he was 

doing at the troll's house. 

Even though Phil was terrified at 

the big, scary, ferocious troll, he 

told the troll what he was doing 

and explained to the troll that he 

was simply tired and needed a 

rest.

The big, scary, ferocious troll was 

so touched at what Phil was 

trying to do he cried. He even 

offered to lead Phil out of the 

forest to a meadow where Lenny 

might be.

Turns out the troll was not so big, 

scary, or ferocious after all.

Phil and the troll made twists and 

turns all through the scary 

forest, to get to the meadow 

where he hoped to find Lenny 

there.

They searched and searched until 

finally they found the meadow, 

and to Phil's happiness Lenny was 

there, but to Phil's surprise 

Lenny was crying.

Phil was very confused and asked 

why Lenny was crying, and Lenny 

replied that he was crying because 

he missed Phil.
