Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Ella. She loved history and always dreamed of visiting the past. One day, she found a magical laptop in her grandmother's attic. The laptop could open a portal to any time in history. Ella was  excited and decided to use it.

Ella entered the date "500 years ago" into the laptop. A bright light appeared, and she was transported to a big castle. When she arrived, she saw a princess sitting in a garden. The princess’s name was Isabella. She was kind and loved to talk about her life in the castle. They became friends quickly.

Ella noticed many differences between her world and the princess's world. There were no smartphones or color TVs in the castle. Instead, people used candles for light and wrote letters with quills. Ella explained her world to the princess. “In my time, we have devices like a digital camera and a fridge,” Ella said. Isabella was amazed.

The princess told Ella about her dreams. “One day, I want to meet someone special and get married,” she said. “After that, I hope to have a family and live happily ever after.” Ella smiled and shared her own plans. “First, I will go to university, get a degree, and find a job I love,” she said.

While they were in the garden, Ella left the laptop on a table.
A servant saw it and took it to the king’s helper.
“This thing is strange. Maybe it is magic!” the helper said. The king was worried.
“Take it to the tall tower and lock it in a box,” he said.
Now the laptop was gone.
