Happy 77th Israeli Independence Day!
From our youngest to our oldest students, under the guidance of our teachers, we asked them to use whatever skills they had recently acquired to celebrate our country's most recent birthday!
Enjoy their accomplishments!

People wear blue and white clothes. They eat dairy or BBQ.
They eat falafel, go on hikes.

Independence Day
Why do we celebrate Independence Day?
To remember Israel becoming a state. We sing Hatikva. Many families do a BBQ.
Hillel

Blue and white are the colours of my land
Blue and white are beautiful colours
Blue and white are the sky and the moon
Blue and white are the water and snow
Blue and white are the Kinneret and Hermon covered in snow
Blue and white are the sea and clouds
Blue and white are the Tzitzit
Blue and white are the colours of our flag
Blue and white are my favourite colours

Independence Day
Israel is full of blue and white, like Maccabi fanatics, Gate 11 MTA. We see the dead see and the Kinneret that is blue.
White is the Tzitzit, white are the lemon liquor and arak. This is why I like Independece Day.
Amittai
I am Israeli and I see the Red Sea.
I like my country because it is the best.
Baruch
Independence Day
Israel is full of blue and white.
On Independence Day it is most right.
The Dead Sea and Jordan River are blue.
It is my favorite color, what about you?
White is the Torah and the Talit.
I think that is kind of neat.
I like blue and white.
Tehilla
Israel is full of Blue and White.
We see Tzitzit, Tlit and Techelet all the time.
Kinneret, Eilat and Red Sea too, all of them are in the color blue.
All the flowers in the field bloom with red, yellow and orange too.
But I prefer blue and white because that's what makes Independence Day right.
