Once upon a time, there was a little girl and her brother. They dreamed of being explorers, and that day finally arrived.

Thomas was packing for his trip to Romania. He packed two boxes of matches, four new pairs of shoes, some food, a fishing rod, worms for fishing, more food, but he suddenly stopped and changed his mind.

His sister decided to call her friends first. She picked up her phone and called her classmate Anna. She told her that they were going camping tonight and that it would be a good idea for them to come.

The three friends gathered all their belongings and met at the campsite. It was a very safe place so they were not afraid at all. They immediately started to set up the tents.

While Thomas and Anna were setting up the tent, his brother helped them. First they lit a fire and got ready for the evening. In the meantime they prepared their food and it was getting dark.

   After a great night's sleep, they woke up early in the morning.

   After a nice breakfast, it was time to get to know the surroundings. They headed towards the forest on the path. Just as they were about to set off, they were startled by a voice.

That was the sound of the singing of an old man, who was crossing the street. The kids were trying to set off, but that old man asked them where they were going. 

Yooooo! Up to the mountain... Brrbrrbrr... 

Yooooooooo! Up to the mountain, crossing to the street, and I, I will go camping, and I am the expert, I like going camping, yooooooooo. Brr Brr Brr Brrrrr Brr Brr, yoooooooo... Where are you kids going? Up to the mountain? Yoooooooo...

The kids laughed. They recognised that grandpa from a TV show, and they knew he was the survival grandpa.

Yes, we're going to the mountain. You're Mr. Svinglignining. We're huge fans of yours. Can we join you?

Grandpa smiled. All of the kids, and grandpa too, went up to the mountain, like they wished. They climbed up the mountain, and stopped somewhere, in a cave.  

Huh, this is really high. Let's go in this cave. 

At that moment, they heard a deep growl and saw a bear was at the entrance of the cave.  He looked hungry.

What on Earth are you doing here?

But then he saw Grandpa!

Oh, you're the survival expert!

They all laughed, even the bear.

Let's keep exploring! Let's visit other countries of Europe!

Their first stop was Romania.  They saw castles, forests, and painted eggs.  At night, they danced around a fire.

Next, they traveled to Türkiye.  They rode in a colorful hot-air balloon.  From above, they waved at the market below.

After that, they went to Spain.  They watched flamenco dancers spin and twirl.  Anna tried some steps and made everyone laugh.

At last, they traveled to Serbia.  They visited castles, lakes, and warm spas.  They explored natural wonders and special reserves. They took part in measuring giant pumpkins and counted owls.

This is the best adventure ever!

After the long trip, they sat under the stars.

And we’ve made friends all across Europe!

We really are explorers now.
