This barrier-free cookbook was made with special care in a collaborative project with the participation of all partners of the eTwinning project "All Together in an Inclusive School": Portugal, Spain, Poland and Türkiye.

Preface
Our cookbook is based on adaptations for children with special educational needs. It is designed to be inclusive, easy to understand, and engaging for all learners. Here's how it will look:
Simple Language & Clear Instructions: Recipes are written in short, clear sentences with easy vocabulary to support reading comprehension.
Step-by-Step Visuals: Each cooking step is illustrated with pictures to help children follow along independently.
Symbols and Icons: Common symbols (e.g. a clock for time, a spoon for measuring) are used to support children who struggle with reading.
Sensory-Friendly Tips: Suggestions are included for adjusting textures, smells, and sounds in the kitchen to accommodate sensory sensitivities.
