Hi, I am a slice of lasagna, a typical Italian dish, well known all over the world
Ingredients are: layers of pasta - tomato sauce - fried small meat balls - cheese and grated cheese - ricotta cheese (fresh and smooth) - salame - mince meat - boiled eggs

Recipe:
To make a good baking tray of ‘lasagne’
First pour some tomato sauce at the bottom of the baking tray
Then cover with a layer of pasta sheets
Fill in with all the ingredients (meat balls, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese, eggs, salame and grated cheese) and cover with tomato sauce
Repeat two or three times the filling as said before
Finally cover with pasta, tomato sauce and grated cheese
Bake for 40 minutes at 160 / 180 degrees and when it is ready … ‘enjoy your lasagne’!!
Ingredients:

Tomato Sauce (€2.00)
Fried Meatballs (€5.00)
Mince meat (€3.00)

Grated cheese (€1.50)

We never waste lasagne because if it is too much, we eat them the day after... and they taste even better.
